What are some good end of the year activities?

I have twelve 7th graders and two hours. Take away time for morning devotions, what activites could I do to finish out the year in a fun and reflective way? Also, what kind of questions would be good to have for a "survey" about the school year?

1. When I was in 7th grade. All I wanted to do is play hangman. Or you could be a Dicteacher (Dictator-Teacher) and Force them to read until their eyes bleed,or. You could tell them that, then tell them you were just kidding and let them play Hangman. =D
2. Have the students write a letter about their 7th grade experience. The audience will be your next year's class. It is so fun to see what they say. You could have a theme, like, tell the new class the best way to get good grades, tell them your funniest moment in school..... As far as the survey....it is always good to do pre/post.
