Don't you hate it when coworkers call in sick at work and you know they're faking it?
...and when it's like four-to-five days at a time, every few months?

- I have no problem. my co demands a dr's excuse after 3 days, and if the situation is chronic, I tell the offender we will be sending him for a physical to see if there's a problem which prevents him from doing the job. This usually puts an end to the problem. We also had a problem with people calling off sick on Friday. Payday was Thursday, so we put up a notice saying paychecks would be distributed Fridays. Friday absenteeism suddenly all but vanished.
- i'm a supervisor myself, sometimes you can't do anything about it, because when they ask for these days off managers don't approve them. Therefore, they have to do something about it, especially when they know they're going to get paid and plus they have the right too.
- it depends what job it is.. if i depend on my coworker then yes.. if not, then no, because it's not my problem, and i do it sometimes too..
- yeah people should be able to call in well like the sun is shining , I feel great today, way too nice a day for work
