If your boss hates you, your coworkers are back stabbers and you're making good money what do you do?
quit or stay? And what if it's causing you enormous amounts of stress????

- Stay, but start looking for another job.
- When you work just for the money, you will earn every penny of it. The decision to quit or stay is yours alone. The theory of compensating wages tells us that wages have to increase as earner hardship increases. If the job is tougher or the barriers to entry of the occupation are higher, wages will have to rise as a consequence. So you have to ask yourself: Is the salary worth the stress? Would you be happier without the stress if you made less money or is the money enough to pay you for the stress? If you're asking the question, you probably already know the answer and you're looking for validation of your decision. If you want a change, in the current economic envionment, you probably should secure another job before you leave the current one. Living positively, with passion and purpose, will reveal to you your purpose. You're here to do what you love to do (and not harming anyone in the process). Frustrations will be less and you'll feel better. It would also be a good idea to understand what caused a bad relationship with your boss and your co-workers, so you can learn from it and start out from a better place next time. Good luck with your decision.
- Personally, being that the money is excellent, I'd stay. The only reason I go to work is to make money. I don't go for the socializing and making friends with everyone that I encounter there. As for the stress it would be causing, I'd make sure to eliminate that as much as I'm able to. I don't know the circumstances with you and your co-workers exactly, so I can't give much advice on HOW to handle the stress they put on ye. But surely YOU can figure out a way to give your shoulders some ease. You know You best! Take care
