what sort of outside home activities are good for toddlers?

well i was trying to get some ideas about things I and my little toddler can do together please add to this list 1- going to the library and listening to stories 2- going to toddler gymnastics 3- going to the park and collecting leaves 4- going to the zoo 5- going to a toddler dance and music class.........

Have a picnic in your yard or in a park Use paste & paper to make a collage of your collected leaves Raising seedlings in a pot - water them & watch them grow into flowers Blow bubbles Walk around your neighborhood and collect flowers Go to an indoor play centre Join a play group Find a few nearby playgrounds and alternate them Paint some rocks
3. It's really good to start getting them social and toddlers can start dance classes or little gymboree classes.
4. I just bought my daughter a plastic lawnmoyer ($9.99 at KMart). She walked all around our subdivision tonight pretending to mow the lawn. So she walked almost 2 miles. Then she fell asleep completely exhausted right after we got home. :) As well - have your child pick out some flowers from a nursery and plant these together. Then, they can water these each evening. Back yard soccor or catch. Always good.
